By January we had completed the construction of the garage except for power and siding.
Those will wait for the house to catch up and we will do the garage and house at the same time.
Since then we have moved all our stuff from storage into the garage, cemented the basement floors and worked around the property clearing roads and cutting up some of the trees that were felled for the power line.  Lumber for the house has been ordered and we are waiting for a break in the weather to have it delivered.  The roads still need work so we have to be careful or the delivery trucks will bog down.  The county may get gravel on the worst parts in the near future so I hope we can get back to serious construction soon.
