The last beam is in place.  It spans the two middle columns at the front of the deck.  Nancy and I did it with no help and it was one of the easiest to put in place (we have learned a lot of tricks working on the first 9).  We have also put in the last of the rafters.  The rafters were 16 foot long 2x12's which extended out over the middle of the front of the deck.  They are are another job that we are glad to have behind us.  They were heavy, awkward and about two and a half stories above ground level.
