How You Can Help ECCCC:
The Elliott County Christian Community
Center has several donors who contribute on a regular basis. There are many
ways in which you can help the Elliott County Christian Community Center. The
following list suggest many ways in which you can support the Elliott County Christian
Community Center.
Gift of Choice - You may send a
gift to the general support of the Elliott County Christian Community Center so we can use
your gift to help with whatever we need.
Memorial - You may give a gift
in memory of a friend or loved one. A card will be sent to the family of the
deceased stating that a donation has been sent in their name.
Honorarium - You may make a
living tribute to a friend or loved one, perhaps a brother or sister on their birthday,
your father on Father's Day or a couple celebrating their anniversary. The honoree
will receive a card stating that a donation has been made in their honor.
Designated Donation - You may
make a donation which you wish to go to a specific program (food, clothing, rent, etc.) or
a special population (children, domestic violence victim's, senior citizens).
Whatever your choice, be assured that your donation will be used as you request.
Planned Giving - You can name
the Elliott County Christian Community Center as the beneficiary of a retirement account,
a life insurance policy or a bequest in your will. Check with your tax advisor about
any planned gift.
In-kind Donation - We are
always in need of in-kind items to distribute to families. These items include
non-perishable food, furniture (especially beds), household items (bedding, sheets,
towels, pots and pans), personal items (soap, shampoo, toothpaste and dish liquid), and
clothing. Clothing, furniture and household items do not need to be new but they
should be in good shape.
